    Frequently asked questions

    The fixed price of your chosen package, excl. VAT — no hidden items. On top of that there are only the Microsoft 365 licenses (from CHF 5.59 per user per month), which we bill separately via the Microsoft CSP programme.

    After the 15-minute call we confirm scope and fixed price. From your go-ahead we usually set up your environment within 48 hours — remotely, without you having to be on site.

    No — in the Complete package we migrate existing mail and files to your new environment. For small amounts of data this often works in the Team package too; we clarify that in the call.

    Your environment belongs to you — there is no lock-in. If you want ongoing support, our managed IT support starts at CHF 290 per month; the Complete package already includes 3 months of guided support.

    From the public commercial register (Zefix). If you'd rather not receive further mail from us, a short note to info@theiasolutions.ch is all it takes.
