The right choice depends on the learning goal: Microsoft certification path, enablement in your own setup, or ongoing mentoring. In the 60–90 min scoping call we recommend what you actually need — no up-sell. Sparring retainer at CHF 200–220 / hour plus prep and follow-up depending on the request; packages from 4 hours / month with monthly notice. Groups larger than 12 on request — we typically recommend two consecutive courses for better learning quality.
