    We agree the role-based access required for the operating scope during onboarding. The Support Agent itself receives no blanket admin rights.

    Every customer has fully separate data — nothing is shared. When the contract ends, all data and your agent are deleted.

    Our team in Zurich. Service windows and response times are agreed as part of the Managed Service scope.

    It is individually calculated according to operating scope, service window, tenant and endpoint coverage, access, security requirements, response commitments and reporting. After scoping, you receive a binding monthly offer. The Support Agent is included; Microsoft 365 licences are billed separately.

    No — the two blocks are independent. You select Microsoft 365 licenses separately above (Business Basic, Business Standard or Business Premium, per user/month). We procure them through the Microsoft CSP programme and can bill everything on a single invoice.

    The setup — tenant, email/data migration, device and Teams configuration, security baseline and an onboarding session — is quoted individually: the price depends on team size and scope, so we don't publish a flat number. You receive a written fixed-price quote in the free initial consultation, before the project starts — no surprises afterwards.

    Licence terms and the Managed Service contract are shown separately. The term and cancellation conditions for the service are set out transparently in your individual offer.
