    No. The agent lives in the Theia tenant. You sign in with your Microsoft account, nothing more.

    Every customer has fully separate data — nothing is shared. When the contract ends, all data and your agent are deleted.

    Our team in Zurich. In Standard within 4 business hours (Mon–Fri 08–17), in Premium within 1 business hour (Mon–Fri 07–19).

    Without cancellation, your account transitions to Standard (CHF 290/month). We'll remind you by email beforehand. Cancel during the trial and no payment obligation arises.

    No — the two blocks are independent. You select Microsoft 365 licenses separately above (Basic, Standard or Premium, per user/month, cancel monthly). We procure them through the Microsoft CSP programme and bill everything on a single invoice.

    Setup — tenant, email/data migration, device and Teams configuration, security baseline and an onboarding session — starts from CHF 1’950 and scales with head-count. We confirm the exact fixed price in the initial consultation.

    During the trial: anytime. In the first three paid months: monthly. After that: with notice to end of following month. Annual subscriptions: at end of term.
