No. Our base is Zurich – we deliberately do not run a dedicated office in St. Gallen. Microsoft projects run mostly digitally anyway, so we support you efficiently remote and come to you in the region within about an hour for workshops, architecture decisions and key meetings. The office overhead we save flows directly into more substance per franc.

Yes. We connect Power Apps and Automate to common SME ERP systems via standard and custom connectors – for master data, orders or stock levels. The ERP stays the leading source, and the app only adds value where the standard system is too rigid or too cumbersome.

Only without guardrails. From the start we establish environments, permissions, a clean data model and a lifecycle process. This keeps the Power Platform fast yet controlled – even when several departments later want their own apps.

A focused first app or automation – such as a mobile inspection app or a procurement approval – is often productive within a few weeks. We deliberately scope the first use case small and deliver iteratively rather than big-bang.

Power Platform and Dataverse run in the Microsoft cloud; Switzerland has its own region with data centres in Zurich and Geneva. If your environment is located there, Microsoft stores the Dataverse data in Switzerland. Not everything is tied to Switzerland, though: identity data in Microsoft Entra ID is held mostly within the EU Data Boundary, some Copilot and AI features process data via Azure OpenAI within the EU Data Boundary, and Bing search processes data in the United States. With new environments, licensing may now also determine whether they can be pinned to the Switzerland region. That matters especially for export-oriented businesses with sensitive design and customer data – we clarify it for each solution and advise on technology, not on law.
