Power Apps Starter from CHF 2,000 excl. VAT: A usable basic app for one simple process on prepared SharePoint data, including testing and handover. Additional data sources, complex permissions and further processes are quoted separately. We agree the final fixed price and schedule after free scoping. Licences, consumption costs and ongoing support are separate.

For a suitable scope, an individually quoted sprint takes 5 working days from workshop to a deployed app in your tenant — including data model, business logic, branding and a 30-minute admin training. Microsoft's MCP Canvas authoring generates the scaffold within minutes; the week goes into refining it with your team.

You do, from day 1. Power Fx source code and the Dataverse solution package are yours — no black box, no vendor lock-in. Your developers can watch along during the build.

Not necessarily. Apps on SharePoint data run on the Power Apps rights already seeded in most Microsoft 365 licences — our MaterialOrder example works exactly like that. Dataverse-backed apps need Power Apps Premium; we tell you honestly in the scoping call which level your case actually needs.

Every sprint ends with a handover document and 30 days of warranty for bugs and minor adjustments. After that your team can maintain the app themselves — or we keep supporting it via our managed service.
