    Every environment is different, so we don't publish a flat number — you get a written fixed-price quote in the free intro call, before the project starts. Licences come on top, from CHF 6.60 per user per month; our quote calculator shows the monthly total for your team size.

    Tenant setup, email and data migration, device and Teams configuration, a security baseline and an onboarding session for your team. The scope is fixed in writing before we start.

    Yes — email and data migration is part of the standard setup scope. We look at your current environment in the intro call and plan the migration so mail keeps flowing during the switch.

    Business Basic covers web apps and email, Business Standard adds the desktop apps. We usually recommend Business Premium: it is the only Business plan that includes device management (Microsoft Intune) plus advanced security — for us the new standard for SMEs. In the intro call we check whether a lower tier is enough for individual roles.

    No. The setup stands on its own — afterwards the environment is yours. If you want ongoing operations, the Managed Service is optional, includes the Support Agent and is individually calculated after scoping.
