The return path for companies and contacts is in development. Field mappings and the default VAT rate are configured in the solution, without code.

    No — Microsoft's connector catalogue has no official bexio connector. We build a custom connector for your tenant, which your team can then use in any flow like any other connector.

    The connector talks to bexio via a personal API token that is stored in the solution configuration, and a dedicated security role controls who in the CRM is allowed to synchronize. bexio tokens expire after roughly six months — if we run the integration for you, we renew them before they lapse.

    Yes, on request: monitoring, error alerts, token renewal and updates when bexio or Microsoft change their APIs. You can also hand over operations to us later — there is no lock-in either way.

    Usually yes: if your system has an API or an export interface, we can include it in the data flow — like the internal line-of-business system in our Advact reference project.
