We rolled out Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service as the central platform. A tailored Bexio integration automatically syncs invoices and customer data. A Power Pages customer service portal lets customers raise tickets, track their status and communicate with support. An additional interface integrates the internal business system, bringing all relevant data into one consistent view.

BKW runs Dynamics CRM, its subsidiary Engytec kept its accounting in bexio — we built the bridge between them: the first version of our integration, which our current AppSource product grew out of.
The Stiftung Zürcher Kinder- und Jugendheime (ZKJ) received an integrated Microsoft platform combining a Canvas App, Dynamics 365 Customer Service and a Power Page. Business processes, cases and external communication are now centralised and auditable.
For Unicorn Anchor we rolled out Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Premium and connected the platform to the customer's website via Azure API Management. Inquiries, leads and web forms now flow directly and in a controlled way into the CRM.
