Theia supported Superlab Suisse Epalinges in introducing Dynamics CRM and creating a custom dashboard. Another specific contribution followed when responsibility for the CRM changed: we transferred the licence and assigned the existing records to the new user.
Customer work at Superlab Suisse involved contacts and potential leads. A tailored dashboard was needed for the CRM application. Later, a new Chief Commercial Officer took responsibility for Dynamics. This change also required adjustments to user access and ownership of the existing records.
In summer 2022, Theia supported the introduction of Dynamics CRM and worked with Superlab Suisse on creating the dashboard. The dashboard requirements were discussed in a joint meeting.
In May 2023, we transferred the Dynamics licence to the new person responsible and assigned the existing records to that user. The support therefore covered both the presentation of CRM information and a specific handover within the customer organisation.

At LIFEBRANDS, Theia combined the introduction of Microsoft Dynamics 365 with additional integration development. One specific part of the integration work concerned sales invoices and sales lines. We subsequently supported the company with questions about its CRM environment.
EDGE Strategy helps companies with equality, diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Theia introduced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales for the company's own sales work. The collaboration in 2022 and 2023 also included adjustments for invoice processing, user support and Power BI topics.
