A comprehensive CRM migration from Sugar CRM to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales was carried out for SBS Swiss Business School. Additionally, an API connection to the website was implemented to automatically transfer leads and inquiries to the CRM.
The Office for School Assessment in the Canton of Zurich digitalized the complex planning of school evaluations. A specialized application enables efficient coordination of teams, schedules, and schools.
In 2019 there was no official bexio connector for the Microsoft world. BKW runs Dynamics CRM, its subsidiary Engytec kept its accounting in bexio — we built the bridge between them: the first version of our integration, which our current AppSource product grew out of.
