Verein St. Galler Rheintal and Fachstelle Integration together employ around 200 people. Most work on an hourly basis and support integration work. Theia migrated the existing Lotus Notes-based InaVIS solution to Dynamics and supported the move to Microsoft 365.
InaVIS was the existing business application on Lotus Notes. Replacing it required transferring the existing data to Dynamics. In parallel, the email environment was also to move to Microsoft 365.
There was an important distinction: correspondence stored in InaVIS belonged to the business application and therefore fell within the CRM migration. Personal Notes mailboxes, by contrast, needed to move to the new email environment. Each set of data required its own migration route.
Theia implemented Dynamics as the successor to InaVIS and supported the transfer of the existing data. The import of correspondence from the business application into Dynamics was prepared. The Notes mailboxes were migrated separately to Microsoft 365.
The collaboration continued after the initial transition. Theia supports VSGR with CRM maintenance, work on the Microsoft 365 environment and Power Platform topics.

Theia supported Superlab Suisse Epalinges in introducing Dynamics CRM and creating a custom dashboard. Another specific contribution followed when responsibility for the CRM changed: we transferred the licence and assigned the existing records to the new user.
VALUEworks uses an on-premises CRM based on Microsoft Dynamics in a family-office setting. Theia has supported the application for several years. Day-to-day work includes specific questions about mandates and reports, as well as assessing the changes the team would like to make.
Which emergency dental service covers a region, and when does the service change? To access this information, AERZTEFON needed an interface to Apollonia, the solution used by SSO Zürich. Theia implemented the technical connection and coordinated the API with AERZTEFON's development team.
