Charitable foundations face a specific mix of requirements: auditable reporting for the board and authorities, transparent donation management, and at the same time lean structures without a large IT footprint. Existing tools covered these only partially.
We rolled out the Dynamics 365 Nonprofit Accelerator, which brings the core data and process patterns for non-profits — from constituents and donors to grant programmes. Microsoft Business Central forms the accounting layer and is wired into the CRM so that donation and grant flows are represented end-to-end.

The Stiftung Zürcher Kinder- und Jugendheime (ZKJ) received an integrated Microsoft platform combining a Canvas App, Dynamics 365 Customer Service and a Power Page. Business processes, cases and external communication are now centralised and auditable.
ChangeKultur, a consultancy active in the social sector, needed a central solution for project, resource and engagement management. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations was introduced and tailored to the needs of an SME in a non-profit context.
Angestellte Schweiz digitalized their member management and course organization with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. All core processes were unified in a central environment.
