Data lived in scattered Excel workbooks full of complex formulas. Versioning and permission issues made concurrent editing painful. Fee calculation relied on manual steps that were error-prone and hard to audit.
We modelled the data in Microsoft Dataverse and built a Power Apps front-end for daily work. Fee calculation was implemented as deterministic logic in the system and orchestrated with Power Automate. Reporting and validation rules are anchored end-to-end in the platform.

The Office for School Assessment in the Canton of Zurich digitalized the complex planning of school evaluations. A specialized application enables efficient coordination of teams, schedules, and schools.
For Unicorn Anchor we rolled out Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Premium and connected the platform to the customer's website via Azure API Management. Inquiries, leads and web forms now flow directly and in a controlled way into the CRM.
For Gebäudeversicherung Bern (the cantonal building insurer of Bern) we have been providing continuous tech advisory and Power Platform delivery for around a year. One person is engaged on a near-daily basis and drives the modernisation of the internal platform together with the customer.
