    The website generated qualified inquiries whose hand-off into the CRM was manual and error-prone. At the same time the customer wanted to leverage the premium features of Dynamics 365 Sales — AI-driven insights, Conversation Intelligence and advanced sales orchestration.

    Solution

    We implemented Dynamics 365 Sales Premium with the full set of sales, insights and automation features. Through Azure API Management we built a controlled and secure interface between website and CRM. Web forms, lead capture and follow-up processes are fully automated.
