    A federal- and cantonal-mandated organisation for export and investment promotion serves a wide range of stakeholders — international investors, companies in international business, cantons, innovation parks, internal consultants. The underlying CRM and marketing platform must be stable in operations, secure in its integrations and at the same time fast to evolve.

    Solution

    Over the years we built and operated several interlinked modules together with the customer:

    • Cloud migration of the existing on-premises CRM into the Microsoft cloud.
    • Introduction of PSA and the subsequent migration to Dynamics 365 Project Operations for internal engagement and resource management.
    • Azure API Management (APIM) as a central integration and security layer for internal and external partners.
    • Dynamics 365 Marketing and Customer Insights for campaigns, newsletters and data-driven communication.
    • FDI Portal V1 and V2 as the central platform for international investors.
    • CRM run, test management, bug fixing and maintenance across multiple years and contracts.

    The value lies in continuity: the same team has known the platform, the history and the stakeholders for years and can deliver both strategic programmes and day-to-day requests.
