D365immo is an industry solution built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 that we develop together with our partner JEHARO and deploy in the Swiss real-estate sector. Instead of a lengthy, maintenance-heavy custom build, real-estate companies get a ready-to-use standard solution with industry-specific processes, integrations and reporting. We own product development, customer implementation and ongoing operations.
Real-estate companies use many specialist systems — property management software such as Garaio REM, document management systems such as d.3, accounting, ERP, prospect portals. A consistent, end-to-end view across the lifecycle of a property — from acquisition through marketing to ongoing management — was missing. Custom CRM builds were costly and aged quickly.

The solution is seamlessly integrated with the Microsoft Office ecosystem, runs in the cloud and is mobile-ready. Garaio REM and d.3 are integrated out of the box. From day one, customers benefit from standardised processes and only configure where it really adds value.

A public institution modernized its real estate management by implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales. The new CRM platform enables centralized management of prospective tenants and properties with end-to-end processes.
In 2019 there was no official bexio connector for the Microsoft world. BKW runs Dynamics CRM, its subsidiary Engytec kept its accounting in bexio — we built the bridge between them: the first version of our integration, which our current AppSource product grew out of.
Switzerland Global Enterprise has been one of our long-term strategic customers since 2020. Over several years we have helped build, modernise and operate the central CRM platform and the surrounding digital ecosystem — from the first cloud migration via large programmes such as the FDI portal to ongoing run and continuous evolution.
