    Real-estate companies use many specialist systems — property management software such as Garaio REM, document management systems such as d.3, accounting, ERP, prospect portals. A consistent, end-to-end view across the lifecycle of a property — from acquisition through marketing to ongoing management — was missing. Custom CRM builds were costly and aged quickly.

    Solution

    D365immo bundles core industry capabilities into a CRM and XRM data model:

    • Acquisition & development: support for purchasing, planning and realisation, plus partner management.
    • Marketing: marketing processes including automated capture and handling of prospects.
    • Property management: central handling of cases — commercial and technical alike.
    • Reporting: real-time analytics across all processes and departments.

    The solution is seamlessly integrated with the Microsoft Office ecosystem, runs in the cloud and is mobile-ready. Garaio REM and d.3 are integrated out of the box. From day one, customers benefit from standardised processes and only configure where it really adds value.
