We carried out a complete migration of the existing Dynamics CRM to the Microsoft Cloud. All data, customizations, and workflows were carefully migrated and updated to the latest Dynamics 365 version.

The Stiftung Zürcher Kinder- und Jugendheime (ZKJ) received an integrated Microsoft platform combining a Canvas App, Dynamics 365 Customer Service and a Power Page. Business processes, cases and external communication are now centralised and auditable.
