UBP Investment Advisors S.A. already had a CRM in use. Theia took over support for the existing application and provided maintenance and technical assistance in 2022. The assignment extended from the handover to work on the existing data.
To change the support arrangement, those involved needed to coordinate the handover and become familiar with the existing environment. Working on an established application also requires communication with those responsible for the infrastructure.
Theia prepared the takeover with those involved and subsequently supported the CRM. The collaboration included maintenance services, technical assistance and coordination with the infrastructure team.
During 2022, Theia also worked on data preparation. The support therefore covered both the application itself and specific work on its existing data.

How can an idea for an AI agent become a test that others can follow and understand? At Patrimonium, Theia combined a first day of Copilot Studio training with governance work on the Power Platform. The collaboration brought together testing by internal AI Champions and questions from the supporting IT team.
VALUEworks uses an on-premises CRM based on Microsoft Dynamics in a family-office setting. Theia has supported the application for several years. Day-to-day work includes specific questions about mandates and reports, as well as assessing the changes the team would like to make.
At LIFEBRANDS, Theia combined the introduction of Microsoft Dynamics 365 with additional integration development. One specific part of the integration work concerned sales invoices and sales lines. We subsequently supported the company with questions about its CRM environment.
