In 2019 there was no official bexio connector for the Microsoft world. BKW runs Dynamics CRM, its subsidiary Engytec kept its accounting in bexio — we built the bridge between them: the first version of our integration, which our current AppSource product grew out of.
The Stiftung Zürcher Kinder- und Jugendheime (ZKJ) received an integrated Microsoft platform combining a Canvas App, Dynamics 365 Customer Service and a Power Page. Business processes, cases and external communication are now centralised and auditable.
For Unicorn Anchor we rolled out Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Premium and connected the platform to the customer's website via Azure API Management. Inquiries, leads and web forms now flow directly and in a controlled way into the CRM.
