With Copilot Studio we build a realistic first agent for your company, for example an internal HR or IT FAQ on your SharePoint, in weeks rather than months and without developers.
AI in daily work that doesn't just impress, it actually gets used
Copilot uses permitted data in Outlook, Excel, Word and Teams. We clarify permissions, suitable use cases and measurement in a controlled pilot.

Prompt, sources and result in context.
The product scenes show not only the result, but also the task, data context and permission boundaries.
Variances become visible and explained.
Copilot analyses permitted spreadsheet data and turns figures into a reviewable summary.

Role-based prompt training, concrete use cases per team and usage visibility ensure the licence is used, not paid for and forgotten once the novelty fades.
The licence is bought, the value never arrives
Many SMEs switch Copilot on and discover that after three weeks of novelty almost no one uses it, and no one knows whether it surfaces confidential content that was mis-shared over the years. Copilot only shows each person what they already have access to, so the real risk is your accumulated permission chaos in SharePoint, not the AI itself. Without clean-up, clear rules and real training, the investment fizzles out.
A visible change, not another tool rollout.

- 02Governance with Microsoft PurviewClassifying and protecting your data via DLP and sensitivity labels, so Copilot honours those rules instead of bypassing them.
- 03Microsoft 365 Copilot rolloutChecking the eligible M365 base licence, activating in your tenant and clearly separating it from the free Microsoft Copilot chat, which does not work on your data.

- Role-based prompt trainingHands-on training per function with real use cases, so your people use Copilot safely and productively in daily work.
- Impact measurement & honest adviceWe baseline a few measurable tasks and tell you openly where a hybrid approach (Swiss-hosted AI for highly sensitive data) makes more sense than Copilot.
What the new working model should achieve.
- Before day 1
- Oversharing remediated before Copilot goes live
- Measured
- Time saved per prioritised use case during the pilot
- EU/EFTA
- Data in the EU Data Boundary, no training on your content
Value is measured for each use case during the pilot and is not promised as a blanket time saving.
Frequently asked questions
Will Copilot see confidential data it shouldn't?
Copilot only shows each user content they already have access to, it does not bypass permissions. The risk is pre-existing oversharing in SharePoint. That is exactly what we remediate with SharePoint Advanced Management and Purview before go-live.
Is our data used to train the AI models?
No. Microsoft contractually guarantees in the Product Terms and DPA that your prompts and outputs are not used to train the foundation models. Processing happens inside the M365 service boundary within the EU Data Boundary.
Where is the data stored, and is it compatible with Swiss data protection?
Microsoft operates Swiss datacentre regions (Zurich, Geneva), and Copilot has been a covered workload in the Product Terms data-residency commitments since March 2024; for EU/EFTA tenants it is an EU Data Boundary service. In-country processing for Switzerland is part of the 2026 roadmap wave, we treat that transparently as roadmap, not as available today.
Is the free Microsoft Copilot the same as Microsoft 365 Copilot?
No. The free Microsoft Copilot chat does not know your company data. Microsoft 365 Copilot is a paid add-on tied to an eligible M365 licence and grounded in your tenant data, which is why it delivers relevant answers in the first place.
