Challenge
CAB managed courses and participants through Excel sheets and outdated Access databases. Double bookings, lost registrations, and manual invoicing led to high administrative overhead. Reporting was time-consuming and error-prone.
Solution
Development of an integrated course management system with automated participant registration, intelligent waiting list management, and seamless integration into accounting. Implementation of self-service portals for participants and comprehensive reporting dashboards.
