A centralised, web-based solution replaces two separate FileMaker databases and unites member management with the organisation of the dental emergency service (NFD). With a self-service portal for members.

    Challenge

SSO Zürich managed its members and the dental emergency service (NFD), a separate organisation within SSO, in two separate FileMaker databases. Member data was scattered, self-service options were missing and enquiries led to long processing times. The existing solution was hard to extend and stood in the way of modern member services.

    Solution

Development of a modern member platform with self-service portal, automated document processing, and integrated CRM. Implementation of an API-first architecture for seamless integration with existing systems. Gradual migration of legacy data with zero-downtime strategy.
