Theia supported Logopädische Vereinigung Oberrheintal in moving its email environment from Green to Microsoft 365. The collaboration continues in daily work, with email address setup for new employees, licensing support and advice on work devices.
The email environment previously hosted by Green was to move to Microsoft 365. There were also practical questions at the workstations: setting up laptops, suitable licences and managing email addresses. The association needed support with these tasks even after the migration.
Theia supported the introduction of Microsoft 365 and the email migration. During the transition, existing emails were synchronised with Microsoft while the team also coordinated work on the laptops. The collaboration continued with support and licensing assistance.
One specific example from ongoing operations is maintaining addresses when a new employee joins. Theia added a missing email alias so that the address using the previous naming scheme was also registered.
Theia also helped the association choose replacement laptops. One consideration was whether the devices would serve as spares or be used regularly. There were also licensing questions about multiple user accounts on a laptop and preparation for setting them up as company devices.

The collaboration with Loosli & Schmid began with the introduction of Microsoft 365 for collaboration and document storage. Today, Theia's support also covers practical questions about work devices, sign-in and mailbox backups.
Antritt moved to Microsoft 365 in autumn 2024. Theia handled the technical transition of user accounts and mailboxes and set up the collaboration environment. The existing email addresses were retained.
Theia supported Superlab Suisse Epalinges in introducing Dynamics CRM and creating a custom dashboard. Another specific contribution followed when responsibility for the CRM changed: we transferred the licence and assigned the existing records to the new user.
